How the site was created.

I experimented a little with recording techniques, including the use of a digital recorder, microphones, mixers and amplifiers.
Some of this gave a much better quality than that used on the site but it meant that I was confined to recording in one place and it took longer to set up each time. The simplest option was to use a laptop and just plug an electric guitar (a Fender Prodigy) into the mike socket and  a cheap low bandwidth web cam into a USB port.  This gave a mediocre tone but enabled me the freedom to record when and where I pleased.		 connections

 The videos were edited with Windows Movie Maker and  the MPG files were mixed with "Audacity", an excellent free track editing and mixing program.
The site itself was edited with NVU which is useful, free wysiwyg HTML editor.
